The Well Collective is a dynamic, multi-purpose brand that seamlessly integrates a co-working space, café, and movement studio into one cohesive “third-place” environment. Located in the evolv1 building in Waterloo, ON, which is a LEED Platinum and Zero-Carbon Building certified commercial office building. Designed for working professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, and wellness enthusiasts, the Well Collective offers a unique ecosystem where productivity, wellness, and community thrive together. The unique community-centered movement and work approach allows individuals to have flexibility in their environment to build a social network in the workplace alongside their personal health goals. Providing a holistic environment where people can work, nourish themselves, and stay active supports the professional aspirations of members and enhances their overall quality of life. This design aims to maintain existing sustainability certifications to create a healthy interior environment so as not to disrupt the existing building. Using biophilic elements and human-centric design, the space will encourage growth. Inclusive and accessible design for all people is fundamental to the project. Utilizing volumes of space of floor-to-ceiling design, using kinetic architecture strategies. The Well Collective provides a setting for balancing work, creativity, and well-being.
